Sellers acknowledge and agree that no additional compensation will be provided for such use. • If a seller wishes to opt out of specific promotional uses, they may contact us with a written request. Inventory, Shipping & Fulfilment You are responsible for: • Keeping inventory levels accurate • Packaging and shipping items within the promised timeframes • Meeting our Delivery Standards, which are as follows: 1. Clear Communication - Send order confirmation emails immediately after the buyers makes a purchase. - Provide estimated delivery dates. - Share tracking numbers proactively. - Notify customers of any delays right away. - Offer multiple ways to contact your support team. 2. Professional Packaging - Use sturdy, protective materials appropriate for your products. - Avoid excessive packaging that increases costs or waste. - Include packing slips or invoices in the shipment. - Brand your packaging when possible (labels, tissue, thank-you cards). 3. Policies must specify time frames (e.g., within 14 days of delivery), conditions for returns (e.g., unused, original packaging), and any restocking fees or exceptions. 2) Compliance with Laws: Your policies must comply with all applicable consumer protection laws and regulations in the regions you serve, including but not limited to mandatory rights of return or cancellation periods.
